Use what nature gave you
Imi's principle, refined by Eli: defenses must match the body's natural reflex. We don't fight our anatomy — we work with it. This is why our techniques can be learned in weeks, not decades.
Defend and attack simultaneously
The signature of authentic Krav Maga: you never just block. Every defense is immediately followed by counter-attack, often in the same motion. The threat must be neutralized as fast as possible.
Target the most vulnerable points
Eyes, throat, groin, knees. No false honor. In real combat, victory goes to who acts first, decisively. We teach what works, not what looks impressive.
Awareness before technique
70% of survival is avoiding the fight. Yehouda teaches situational awareness, threat detection, and de-escalation. The best Krav Maga technique is the one you never have to use.
Train under stress
Techniques learned in calm conditions evaporate under adrenaline. We use progressive stress drills: noise, fatigue, surprise, multiple attackers. Your body must remember what your mind forgets.
