• Provide the Service (videos, community, certificates)
• Process payments (via Stripe)
• Send transactional and marketing emails (you can opt out anytime)
• Improve the Service (anonymized analytics)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers (Stripe, Clerk, Mux, Resend, Vercel, Neon, Loops) under strict DPA agreements
• Legal authorities when required by law

Avikzar Academy is for users 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Special children programs require parental consent.
