By accessing or using Avikzar Academy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

Avikzar Academy provides online Krav Maga training content, community access, live sessions, and related digital products.

3. Subscriptions

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee: full refund within 30 days of initial payment, no questions asked. Yellow belt 90-day guarantee: full refund if you complete our yellow belt program and don't achieve the rank.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. Sharing your account credentials, redistributing content, or using techniques learned for illegal violence is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — videos, workbooks, methods, logos — is the intellectual property of Yehouda Avikzar and the Avikzar System. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Krav Maga training involves physical risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you train at your own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any martial arts practice.

8. Legal Self-Defense

Techniques taught are for legal self-defense only, in proportion to the threat, under your local laws (e.g., Article 122-5 French Penal Code, equivalent in other jurisdictions). Misuse is the user's responsibility.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Tel Aviv courts.
