How to train your defense reflexes?

Training reflexes needs 3 ingredients: (1) motor repetition >500 reps, (2) stress variations (cardio, noise, fatigue), (3) corrective feedback from a qualified instructor. Minimum effective frequency: 3 sessions/week × 30 min.
