How to avoid panic during an attack?

You don't avoid panic: you learn to function during it. Avikzar Krav Maga training reproduces panic in the dojo (cardio + noise + fatigue) to habituate the nervous system to act despite adrenaline.

Waarom dit gebeurt — het mechanisme

Panic is an adrenaline flood overwhelming cortex processing capacity. Mechanical, not mental. The only way to 'handle' it is to pre-wire reflexes that don't need the cortex.
