Distract-then-grab attack: recognize
Distract-then-grab (one attacker speaks / asks the time while accomplice approaches) is urban theft technique #1. Alert sign: any sudden context-less interpellation. Response: walk without answering, look behind by pivoting.

- 1Don't answer suspicious interpellation.
- 2Pivot to check rear while walking.
- 3Speed up toward populated zone.
- 4Hand on phone/wallet (inner pocket).
- 5If grabbed: yell 'thief' + target eyes and flee.
