Street attack by 2 people: what to do?

Facing 2 attackers, NEVER stay between them. Pivot immediately to align them (one behind the other), neutralize the closest with a short strike, then flee. Angular distance is your main weapon.

段階別戦術

  1. 1Pivot 45° to align both attackers on a single line.
  2. 2Strike the closest (eyes, throat, groin) — short hit.
  3. 3Use that body as human shield against the second.
  4. 4Flee perpendicular to the formed line.
  5. 5Yell to alert — diaphragmatic grunt.

法的枠組み

In France, article 122-5 of the Criminal Code validates self-defense if necessary, proportionate and simultaneous. Facing 2 attackers, disproportion is legally presumed — you're entitled to enhanced means.
